Things You Need to Know

To our BOTG family,

At Bobbie On The Go, 
     your wellness is always our top priority. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 developments and are taking increased precautions as well as following all available guidelines. Our cooking facility has elevated their already high standards of hygiene and are now incorporating increased deep cleaning and disinfecting procedures with ever greater frequency. 

Additional precautions/protocol in our stores include:

 The health of our BOTG staff is of utmost importance. All staff members experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms must stay home.

Sanitation and cleanliness: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our facility — wiping down all surfaces, fridges, and surrounding checkout areas.

Glove policy: Our staff members are required to wear two disposable single-use gloves when working at the smoothie station, handling soups, or working with any other ready to eat foods. Gloves must be worn on both hands and must be free of any holes. All staff members must wash hands and replace their gloves when they are soiled, move away from the station, or if they touch anything other than food or a food contact surface. 

As is always enforced and expected of our staff members, we are reinforcing vigilant handwashing and hand-sanitizing as a secondary source of sanitation.
